What to Expect

We realize that visiting a new church can sometimes be a little scary! Here’s a short description of what you can expect in a Sunday morning service at Park. 

We believe that our weekly gathering is for the purpose of worshiping God, so our Sunday worship service is all about Him! We read the Bible and pray several times in our service. We sing songs that express our praise and thanks to God for who He is and what He has done for us. Our music is blended, meaning we sing old songs and new songs, and they are typically led by a praise team and accompanied by the piano, violin, and guitar.

There is a time for us to greet each other warmly and meet new people. There is an offering time for us to give to God’s work in the world through the local church and missions. Our pastor will preach from the Bible to instruct and encourage us in our faith. Also, once a month, we celebrate communion. 

We love children! We have a nursery available for small children ages 0-3. We provide children’s church during the sermon time for parents who desire to send their children. We also champion parents as the primary disciple-makers in the lives of their children, so we provide family devotion resources to help dads and moms disciple their children at home. 

Our Sunday morning service typically lasts 75-80 minutes. We would love to see you this coming Sunday!
